About Pam and Frank
Frank's "Borelli Bags" was created in 1972 in New York City and in 1989 merged with Pam's "England Leather" in Gloversville, New York. Since then, this husband and wife team have been collaborating, creating original Borelli Bag designs, hand crafted and produced by England Leather from the leathers that made Gloversville, New York Internationally famous. In 2001 the studio was moved to South Florida were the tradition lives on at a slower pace but with the same devoted attention to design, composition and execution that can only be obtained from a one at a time, personally hand crafted creative process. In 2014 Borelli Bags opened a second working studio in "Chicagoland" to better serve our Midwest customers during our annual summer tours. We can be found at our Florida studio from November to April and at our Chicagoland studio from May to October. We are working to expand our website. In the interim if you see on our home page the design you should have bought the last time you saw us in person at your favorite fine art and craft show, contact us for color choices and size variations. And rest assured, we hand craft each bag so diligently that your personal satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed even if you merely have a change of heart.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not totally satisfied and ship the bag back to us within 10 business days, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs plus a 3% fee to issue a refund to you credit card. After 10 days a restocking fee of 10% will be added. After 30 days you may exchange your purchase with a restocking fee of 10%. After 90 days, exchanges are at our discretion.
